I used to hate classes and working out. From the first session I felt welcome and have really enjoyed the variation, structure and guidance from Jacks classes. The people that come along to the sessions are also lovely - a great mix and accessible for all levels of fitness... I def have my slower days 😂
Changed the way I look at fitness, it used to feel like a chore, now it's a high point of the day.

My husband and I joined Jack Miller Fitness Studio a year ago and have loved our experience. There is a great mix of classes - lift/strength training, boxing, pilates, circuits - which what we tend to do, but also the option for more 1 on 1 training as well. The timing is also great - before or after work, and also lunch break kind of time. Jack, and everyone who attends the small classes (usually around 6-8) are really friendly. I was really interested in getting into a better fitness routine, creating consistency and learning about what to do in a gym and this couldn't have been a better option. Some gyms come across as very intimidating but this is not at all. People are working at all different levels of strength and fitness - it's a really positive and encouraging environment. I'm sadly leaving the area and really wish I could transport this studio to my new town!

I've been going to sessions at Jack Millers studio for half a year now and I've never looked back. His sessions are fun and engaging but also challenging and rewarding
For anyone looking to join a gym with a great community and a trainer who cares about your goals, I'd always recommend Jack Miller.

What a unique place, a real neighbourhood gym.Jack is an absolute pleasure to be around. All inclusive, which is quite a hard task, but he and Martha do it extremely well, never intimidating. Have always wanted to enjoy a gym, but always felt a bit awkward, until now. Bravo Jack Millar !!!

I attended Jack Miller's HIIT class and it was really good. A fast-paced, full-body workout, each move a short burst of energy to get the heart pumping. You can take it at your own pace, no pressure. Jack is a friendly, attentive instructor. The venue is easy to find on Third Avenue. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Jack!
