Had two E Bikes serviced? Issue gears slipping - brakes poor in one bike - returned to us exactly the same?? Once back from holiday I diagnosed rear sprockets worn (10 mins todo) disc pads worn (5 min job) As they say if you want a job done properly do it yourself - sorry - Staff were friendly

Took my 3 year old Tern GSD for service to Elctrc for the first time as they are local to me now. What a great job, the bike is running better than it has from new (I bought elsewhere).

The service I have received for my Raleigh Motus electric bike has been excellent.
The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They really do go the extra mile on customer services and their after service is brilliant.
