Very nice bakery. I like the pastries. I especially like the scones here. The flat white is good and the staff is nice. I appreciate the opening hours from 7am! I'll be back again tomorrow. :)

Me and my family visit Gail's for the very first time and was very excited to try. We sat outside and had to clean our own table, which wasn't a good start. Once inside, it's loverly with fresh bread and cakes. Once we got to the till we was expecting to pay higher prices due to high quality products which we was very happy to pay but once we experienced the customer service it all went down hill. We ordered and took our food outside and waited for our drinks, then a young man came outside to tell us our drinks were ready. How we see it is that he made the effort to come outside to tell us, but why not make the effort and bring the drinks with him for that nice touch which put us of coming the next morning. Food good quality, drinks we've had better and customer service poor. We might try once more in the future.

Absolutely amazing café with the most adorable staff imaginable. We went here to celebrate cinnamon bun day (Swedish tradition) but they only had two ones left. One of the staff then gave us the last two completely free of charge! We bought some coffee and hot cocoa and they even put some seats together so we could all sit down. Just lovely all together, definitely worth a visit!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Table wasn't very clean and for the most expensive coffee in George St £4.10, self service lol.
Overall a pleasant experience but there are more comfortable places within metres to have a coffee.

Ordered 2 cakes and coffees to eat in, but there’s nowhere to put the tray down while I wait for the coffees. Problem is they give you the tray with the cakes and then expect you to hold the tray for 10 mins while you wait. You should bring the drinks over when they’re ready, I asked and she said no.
Also they didn’t accept cash.
