My vehicle was recovered and dropped off at first class garage. The fault was diagnosed very quickly and i was contacted with an update and a price to carry out the repairs. The work was carried out in a matter of hours (new clutch master cylinder) and the service manager explained the fault in plain english and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my vehicles maintained at this garage for over 18 years and never had an issue. Highly recommended and i am a great believer in supporting a local independent business.

I can’t rate this garage highly enough. The team have taken brilliant care of my 20+ year old motorhome. From welding to cam belt replacement, the work has been to the highest standard and great value. All costs have been explained and options provided upfront. The team are super friendly and highly skilled. The receptionist is amazing at keeping you updated and welcomed!

I came to 1st Garage last minute due to several warning lights on my dash. They fit me in immediately, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues, and went above and beyond by checking the entire car. Knowing I had a long drive ahead, they ensured my car felt much safer. They provided excellent advice on necessary repairs and what could wait. After two days, my 14-year-old car felt like new. The team was helpful, friendly, and kept me well-informed throughout. Can't thank the team enough! The car is in the best condition it has been in years.

This place has heart as well as being reliable, efficient, good value and most importantly a team of great mechanics!! I would never go anywhere else & always recommend to family and friends. As a single female, this place treats you fairly and with respect. Completely trustworthy and no BS! Golam is brilliant, what a gent and so talented - a miracle worker lols! From the wonderful welcome at reception (best receptionist in the world looked after me today), to the capable team in the workshop - you literally can’t fault this place. Thank you for everything you have done over the years and I will always trust you with my car & highly recommend to all.
