This was our second visit to Fourth and Church. The food was phenomenal, so delicious, and the staff are always really lovely. We felt very welcome and we really enjoyed our meal. The Indian-spiced butter chicken dish I had was amazing.

Forth & Church consistently deliver plate after plate of flavours that are delicious, inventive, and nourish the soul. It’s a great place to taste an amazingly broad range of wines, with new additions to keep things exciting. The service is easy going, friendly and they’ll recommend the perfect wine to surprise and delight. Is this the best restaurant in Brighton & Hove, I think it might be.

Superb lunch at fourth and church on the 1st day of Octoberbest. Every dish looked and tasted fantastic. The wine selection goes without saying was excellent.
Staff very attentive and friendly.

We had a table at the bar for dinner. Laura, Anna, Peter and Anton helped us with the menu by explaining the dishes and sharing their favourites. They also made sure we did not over-order so that there was space left for dessert. Laura and Anna recommended great wine pairings. The atmosphere was really relaxed, yet professional. We were really impressed by the fish dishes, concluding that the monkfish is the best we’ve ever eaten: it was so soft and almost flakey. The herring and potato dish was a wild surprise that we will order again. We had a fabulous night and can’t wait to book our next visit!

Had a wonderful 1 year wedding anniversary meal here on Saturday. Super cosy small restaurant which means you’re never left waiting for service and feel very well looked after. Our server was excellent and knew everything about the food and wine on offer.
Everything we ordered was 10/10 can’t wait to come back!
