Jason has been coaching me in learning basic swimming skills after having 2 strokes, June & July. I was in hospital until August. He has giving me my confidence back!!! Apart from that, he's been my physio for several weeks, strengthening my muscles especially on the right side of my body. Thank you Jason. With kind wishes, Christina

Jason is very thorough, he really took his time with the consultation. The treatment felt tailor made, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout.
Post treatment Jason sent a detailed email of exercises, and follow up treatments to help with my achilles.

Jason is a true professional and his knowledge is outstanding. He is also the kindest, most caring and friendliest therapist I have ever met . He worked wonder's on my shoulder today which I've had problems with for nearly 30 years and also my lower back which I injured 2 years ago. Highly recommend . Thank you so much .

Had a wonderful massage with Jason last night. He also helped to show me a variety of rehabilitation exercises for my injuries. A super calm, peaceful and serene man - I left feeling a weight lifted. Highly recommend star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
