Been here twice this week. Picked up some brilliant, quirky t-shirts for £2 each. Cheerful, friendly staff. Will definitely be returning soon.

Kindly said they’d hold a jacket while we went to get cash, and that they closed in 20 minutes (at 5), even told us where the nearest cash point was. We ran across town to get it and came back with 10 minutes to spare (4.50, close was 5) but they’d closed early and refused to sell it to us. Really weird waste of time, not sure why they did it.

Colour coded (well organised) shop. Yes, not the cheapest, but my mission is reuse, not just cheap. I found a Ralph Lauren Jean jacket which was just right. Appreciated the paper bag too

Went to their pop up store in guildford, £2 entry fee which is ok. However these pay per KG are meant to be cheap. I went round and there was not a whole lot of anything other than cheap independent printed shirts, found a pair of Levi’s. Ended up costing £16 (£8-10 on Vinted). Cheaper and better to buy from a vintage charity shop.

I bought a pair of boots and belt on Friday which were never used or worn as expected. Checked returns policy on website and saw I can return within 14 days for refund. In the store I was then informed that this policy was not applicable to items bought in shop and was referred to a returns policy on the counter, below waste level in tiny print which states only exchange. I explained I was desperately needing the money back and that having two returns policies one of which no customer could possibly see was unreasonable.
Given the cost of living crisis I find it appalling a shop should behave like this.
