Connect was my first Crossfit gym and I can't imagine a better place to start. The team makes you feel welcome from day one - there's a real sense of belonging. The coaches are all very skilled and give individual feedback and encouragement while keeping the vibe of the classes fun. I'm grateful to this brilliant community for making my time in Brighton that much more enjoyable and I'll miss it now that I've moved to Aus!

Without a doubt the best gym in Brighton & Hove. These guys have completely transformed my relationship with fitness and I absolutely love it. They are a family run business and have built an amazing community which is so supportive and provides both fun and accountability. Highly recommended!

Joined CrossFit Connect thinking I'd just get a workout... turns out I also got a new set of lungs, a questionable relationship with burpees, and an unexpected love for post-WOD naps. The owners and coaches are absolute legends—always pushing you to be your best while somehow making the pain fun. If you're into lifting heavy things, sweating like it's a sport, and pretending to enjoy wall balls, this place is for you!

Honestly don’t go here, the owner that gives out parking tickets, I park there for the first time and he told me he wouldn’t give me a ticket aslong as I paid longer than I was going to stay and he still took a picture of my car and gave a ticket. Don’t trust the staff you’ll end up with a fine and they’ll tell you to appeal it and you do and it gets declined.
Absolute scammers.

I went there for a drop in as I was visiting Brighton,it didn’t disappoint:Great box,friendly members,fun wod. The facility is amazing. Will go back for sure
