Quick stop for grabbing a bread before catch train. Such awesome vibe, great atmosphere and huge range of fresh bakery products. I love bakery and was mouthwatering to see many products Bagel, croissants, sandwiches. Yum yum and all hand made.
The staff were very warm and helpful. The interior was simple but nice and gave a good vibe. My friends were cursing me because they know what bakery means to me. So they pushed me to grab a bread and out before we miss train š . No worries Iām coming back to have all of it š

Down on holiday in Brighton, ended up going to Gail's twice for breakfast, amazing selection of food and great coffee. One of the bakers behind the counter in the bakery even gave us a free defect cinnamon bun which was still amazing but and a nice gesture. Highly recommend šš

Cheese & ham croissant, excellent. Flat white coffee well presented and delicious. Usual 2 packets of cheese crackers, the best ever. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Tables needed a wipe and a bit pricey too, but hey ho š

My partner and I decided to stop by GAIL'S Bakery for breakfast.
She went for leek, cheese and ham quiche (4/5) and a blue berry muffin (4/5).
I went for the mushroom and caramelised onion quiche (4/5) and the parmaham chicken burger (4/5) with a bottle of orange juice.
The atmosphere was typical of a cafe but felt much more open which was nice.
