Kingfisher Electrics were recommended in September 2024 and a week later I called about a problem with my underfloor heating thermostat. They were so busy; couldn’t get to me before the end of the following week. A brilliant idea to WhatsApp some photos to them solved the problem. Amazing customer service! 😃👍
Absolutely brilliant service. I was away when I got a call from my housesitter saying she could smell burning from our fuse box, I was panicking and called Kingfisher who sent someone out within the hour to make it safe, if left much longer things could have been very dangerous. It was a massive relief to speak to Steve who understood the situation and got someone out straight away to check everything. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to my friends
My EV charger broke and I needed it replaced. First time I had used this company so a bit of a leap of faith. Price of work was reasonable, communication good, work carried out with a good standard and on the agreed date... Job done🙂

Having suffered a circuit trip that would not reset we contacted Kingfisher Electrics, Steve took my call promptly, we explained the problem, he could not guarantee a visit that day but said he would call back if he could fit us in which he was duly able to, Ash and Toby arrived and found the problem, explained to us what the issue was, isolated the offending appliance with a plumber required to replace the immersion heater element to solve the issue. This is the second time we've used Kingfisher Electrics and am very impressed with the service provided and if any electrical works are required will be the company we will contact. Well done to all and thanks for the great service.
