Rob runs fun and challenging sessions and is great at creating circuits that can suit anyone in the room. There’s a real commitment to creating an inclusive environment for people of all abilities. Great range of equipment in the studio too. Since starting a few months ago just in 1 weekly session I’m feeling a lot stronger!

Rob’s sessions are incredible. He tailors each session to each person seamlessly, with slight adjustments to make the intensity just right. I can already feel myself getting stronger. I love the classes. Post baby and pregnancy where I didnt feel able to exercise, he has rekindled my love for working out. Rob has really encouraged me and harnessed motivation to shift my baby to weight and to feel stronger. Cannot recommend enough.
I would really recommend Rob’s class to anybody who wants to build their strength, fitness and confidence in a safe and welcoming environment. He really knows his stuff, and tailors workouts based on ability levels and goals. I have tried classes nearer to home, but it is worth a little extra travel to get such a good work out!
I have recently started going to Rob's evening classes and I have seen a lot of progress in a very short space of time. I love the fact that the sessions are always different and varied. Rob also talks about the benefits of the activities which has given me a lot of knowledge about building strength and is also really interesting. I am being really challenged and I am hooked! Also lovely setting which is a bonus!
